COST CONTROL & PLANNING

Conly’s expertise is not limited to project delivery, it begins at the Pre-Construction phase focusing on Design Development (DD) and Cost Planning. We encourage early contractor involvement to bring an element of buildability and budgetary control to each project. Conly provide detailed budget analysis on preliminaries & trade breakdowns realising value management to achieve our clients budget. With Conly’s involvement at the early stage we can work to ensure the highest quality informing on building materials & construction methods.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Management of head contract preparation and coordination of construction management plans are undertaken by our experienced project team. Conly can manage statutory and authority requirements prior to construction to avoid any costly hold ups. We work with our clients through to the Construction Documentation (CD) period to increase build efficiency prior to construction drawings being finalised to avoid rework.

CONSTRUCTION

Conly has a dedicated project team for each project consisting of a Project Manager & full time Site Supervisor to ensure meticulous attention to detail is achieved during construction. Conly’s trade partners are proven & tested tradespeople with unique relationships spanning over decades. We can guarantee that the best industry practices and Australian standards have been used and regulated to provide the highest quality possible.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Conly’s rigorous quality system coupled with our integrated management system (IMS) provide the platform to enable peerless delivery of the highest quality in a timely manner. Our meticulous attention to detail is backed by project reviews, critical project programming and production controls, ongoing risk assessment and a strict focus on OH&S.

HANDOVER

Project manuals are provided at handover detailing operations & maintenance schedules of all new services, fitments & appliances, including copies of warranties & compliance certificates.
