Conly is led by Domonic Connolly, a respected construction industry professional with over 3 decades of expertise and experience. With a trade background in carpentry and joinery, Domonic furthered his qualifications with a Diploma of Building Science followed by a Degree in Construction Management at RMIT.
Over an extensive career, Domonic has partnered with Australia’s leading architects and construction consultants to deliver a diverse range of projects. Domonic’s vast experience ranges from award-winning projects to some of Melbourne’s premier residential dwellings. Conly encourage ‘Early Contractor Involvement’ (ECI phase) to bring an element of buildability and budgetary advice by providing our expertise without impacting the Architectural aesthetic intent. Conly provide detailed budget analysis on preliminaries & trade breakdown realising value management to achieve our client’s budget, besting construction methodologies. During this period Conly can manage all statutory and authority requirements, Head contracts and demolition works ready for commencement of construction to avoid any costly hold points.
Conly has a dedicated project team for each project consisting of a Project Manager & full time Site Supervisor to ensure meticulous attention to detail is achieved during construction. Conly’s trade partners are proven, tested & qualified tradespeople with unique relationships spanning over decades. We can guarantee that the best industry practices and Australian standards have been used and regulated to provide the highest quality outcome.
Conly’s rigorous quality system coupled with our ‘Test & Witness point inspections’ provide the platform to enable peerless delivery of the highest quality in a timely manner. Our meticulous attention to detail is backed by project reviews, critical project programming, samples, prototypes and production controls, ongoing risk assessment with a strict focus on OH&S.
Project manuals are provided at handover detailing operations & maintenance schedules of all new services, fitments & appliances, including copies of warranties & compliance certificates. Conly remains by your side with full support even after project handover.
